What You Need:
- Black Beans
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Scotch Bonnet Pepper
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Macaroni Shells
Cook the macaroni to the texture you like (I like mine semi – hard, not soft and mussy) and let it cool.
Finely chop the carrots, garlic and scotch bonnet.
Pour the macaroni into a bowl and mix everything in and put it in the fridge for about 30 min.
